#SHERpostcards — BEIJING

Welcome to my first #SHERpostcards post — where you’ll see the beauty of one place through Sherroll’s eyes.

Destination: Beijing, China – March, 2019.
Highlights:

  • People are generally quiet here (they stared at us when we laughed too loudly).
  • Everything is mostly written & spoken in Chinese (ps: I survived with my useless mandarin — thanks to GO family: Ko Jensen–our tour guide & translator, Austin & Stanley).
  • Of course, Beijing and their own charm – it’s mesmerizing. Shining, shimmering, spleeendid… *ok i need to stop*

The famous Beijing Roasted Duck (北京烤鸭).
